Company Objective

MU-SoftMedia Sdn. Bhd. was formed with the objective of becoming a leading Malaysian
research and development (R&D) company providing comprehensive product design,
custom application development, Systems Integration, Software Development, Engineering activities
and turnkey systems provider. It has assumed the R&D activities of
MU-Systems Sdn Bhd, a company formed by the same founders in 1994.

MU-SoftMedia Sdn. Bhd. was corporated in June 29, 2001 having granted the MSC-Status by the
Multimedia Development Corporation.

It is a 100% locally-owned company, founded by Mustaffa Kamal bin Ibrahim and Soraya bte Omar,
both being young entrepreneurs with extensive experience in the engineering and information technology industries both locally and internationally.

With the strength and commitment of the shareholders, directors, management team,and staff, MU-SoftMedia aims to become powerful company able to produce and deliver high quality products and services to local and international clients.

Company Mission

MU-SoftMedia Sdn Bhd (MUS) is an MSC status company with an authorized capital of
RM 2,000,000 and a paid-up capital of RM 1,538,000, to challenge the new globalized business era and the company responsible to apply for the MSC Status.
 
All intellectual capital rights and activities in-line with MSC objectives including software,
business rights and customers from the subsidiary company, MU-Systems Sdn Bhd are transferred to MUS.

MUS will also be responsible to continue its efforts in software development and related activities to further reach the new objectives set by the investors.
